Authentic Zulu baskets are a centuries old African tradition. Basket design and size often reflect a recipient's social status. Each basket is unique and its design and pattern tells a story. Indigenous Imizi grasses and Ilala palm are used in the baskets' construction, and all color is from organically derived dyes. Approximately 17" in diameter, each earth tone basket arrives with an information card. Your purchase helps to sustain the income of women in Zulu villages.
